As I wrote on Identi.ca (the Mint denter-bender), I installed it and will be running it for a while. It has the good things from Ubuntu, but avoids some of the irritating ones... while I am not so keen on this theme as the previous version, it is still considerably nicer to look at, and the boot speed is impressive. Are you going to review the new Mandriva release? I tried the Gnome version and wasn't particularly impressed, but maybe KDE is where it is happening at the moment.
